Our new A la Carte menu

Accurately timed with the start of summer, Le Ciel presents the new creations of the A la Carte menu for summer. Jacqueline Pfeiffer let her weakness for wild herbs and flowers slip into the new dishes, which led to very exciting and astonishing results! Look forward to the new dishes like Wild herb salad with white cabbage, hemp oil and apricot with raw marinated danube salmon Furthermore, there is shoulder piece of Iberico pork on the menu. Jacqueline Pfeiffer offers it with may fir shoot syrup, carrot puree and oven baked garlic.
